No. The summer servants in are just their most common self with a slightly altered Spirit Origin due to shenanigans (there's probably an exception or two since this IS Fate, but Tamamo's not one of them). Summer 1 was Scathach just screwing around with runic magic. Hell, quite a few are in classes they should be unable to ever be summoned in.

Having been summoned as a Lancer this time around, she possesses a naginata.
Her own testimony is: "Of course, as a maiden, I have a general understanding about martial arts. However, with the slender arms of a frail and helpless woman such as myself, it would not come to the point of being useful. Alas, how regretful." Still, while her competency with the naginata is indeed second-rate just as she herself stated, given her overflowing killing-intent and lack of mercy, there are rumors of how she would actually be peerless in the battlefield.

You also need them both for chacha. They're also both only 2M combined and the point booster does double duty.

You should try to keep the point scores roughly in balance during the event when you farm, because the last and best point farming mission gives out both points equally.

Yes,that's Kiyohime, and yes I was aware of her, but there is absolutely no reading of any legend about her that even implies as much. Hell, they actually suggest the exact opposite for a number of reasons. What it's referencing is the owning and usage of a naginata becoming considered a women's weapon (more accurately that of a samurai's daughter, which Kiyohime is not), but that happened literally hundreds of years after the Kiyohime/Anchin tale.

So it's either normal Kiyohime messing around, or a joke by TM, take your pick.

To be fair on the first one, if you just search for "warring states period" you're going to find the Chinese one. First calling it the Sengoku period or era and then defining it to mean warring states period seems to be relatively normal given that it occurs in at least a few general sources like Encyclopedia Britannica. I suspect it has largely to do with collision in English name with the Chinese Warring States Period.

I'm aware of the fact that they're doing stuff according to keikaku. It's just that one of them appears to be the general norm due to some wonderful overlaps in nomenclature.
