Lucha Central has learned this show will in fact be the start of a multi-week tournament put together by TV Azteca, the TV conglomerate that currently airs AAA on their channel Azteca 7. The tournament will feature luchadores from five different promotions; AAA, the Aro Lucha, Impact Wrestling, Lucha Libre Elite, and Major League Wrestling. While we cannot confirm this fact at this time, Lucha Central has been given strong reason to believe the tournament may be broken down into several different weight classes, which means even more luchadores than seen on the poster may be featured.

It sounds dumb, but once you remember which company you're dealing with, it actually makes a bit more sense especially once you hit the Watch Guide part near the end. He also started a twitter account as to when AAA is streaming on twitch next (Next April 26, 10pm-ish Central).

I wouldn’t say that it’s a rating caused by the Young Bucks (there was a Psycho Clown trios cage match on that show, plus like it was their second biggest show of the year broadcast on a holiday) but if it annoys WWE fans then I don’t think it’s bad to let them think that - although perhaps the idea of some dudes they haven’t heard of doing it might annoy them more.
