I was wondering at first how the hell the space crew was jumping around the galaxy on the Zephyr when it wasn't even made to go into space at all before it got the gravitonium upgrade, but the reveal that they jury-rigged the Confederation teleportation machine into a jumpdrive was perfect.

Well, they WERE following along the MCU since Thanos was arriving in NYC in the fifth season finale.

So, looks like they’ve jumped into a new timeline where he was stopped in Wakanda. Maybe Thor went for the head and the whole thing ended much sooner.

When Vision dies and takes the stone with him, Thanos just said nope and turn the time back for 10 seconds. Obviously this is the timeline where he stayed dead.

Did some executive just go "gently caress it every tv show sucks haaahaha I'm having a nervous breakdown if these fuckers still have people watching them give them money okay, gently caress don't even renew it for one season renew that for 2 seasons and give them an actual budget for special effects"

Not that I don't love this show but this episode was an unexpected turn of events.

Last season’s special effects were great. The problem was they never went outside. That’s where the cost savings was.

He never arrived, the aliens just said he was coming. It could’ve happened while he was getting his poo poo ready and hadn’t even gotten the first gem. After all the captain marvel poo poo that went down I’m pretty sure the kree are keen on keeping up with the neighbors.

Ant-Man's quantum fuckery resulted in divergent timelines. This can explain not only AoS but some of the movie's time-travel plot holes.

You're welcome.

Actually the entire run of AoS is viewed from the perspective of Dr Strange and this is just one of the ultimately failed 14 million futures he witnessed

One of the parks by me had that for handball/wallball/whatever other "throw ball against wall" games people did.
