More is being taken into consideration than 1 tournament That said, I have this weird "Hughes could very well be better and could be an elite center of the future but I've been so convinced the Rangers will be drafting Kakko that if they instead get Hughes I feel weirdly disappointed" I do kind of like the kind of game Kakko plays better than Hughes e: and while Hughes didn't score in his first WC game, he was probably team USA's best forward with the NHLers around him kind of loving around and not helping him out

The Metro is gonna be a bloodbath next year. Flyers have a non poo poo coach, Devils/Rangers gonna get better with high picks, Pens/Caps are always good unless the Pens lose their minds and trade Malkin or some poo poo. Carolina/Isles should still be competitive. I'm not sure there's an awful team in the division. I guess maybe Columbus if they lose all their free agents but they still have a decent roster even with that.

The US looking a lot better but I don't trust Cory with a one goal lead and they can't seem to finish. Kakko has looked really really good again, I have to admit. That one shift where he shrugged off like four people in the corner and then did a reverse hit was Jagresque.
