Gossifleur and Eldegoss are pure Grass, have Regenerator or a new ability, Cotton Down. No idea what it does. Wooloo is pure Normal, has Fluffy or Run Away. Corviknight is Flying/Steel, has Pressure or Unnerve. Drednaw is Water/Rock, has Strong Jaw or Shell Armor.

Corviknight is both cool looking, and has a typing I like. Hope he gets an evo or two that amps up that coolness. I like how obligatory early game region birds can be made good by making them something that isn't normal/flying.

Megas remove the possibility of adding regular evolutions to Pokémon who could really use one. More importantly, losing them means Gamefreak doesn’t have to make ones for every single evolved Pokémon, which saves them time, money, and cuts down on the memory of games that are already pretty large. Corvinight being this game’s fast travel system is hilarious given how terrifying it is.

I’m liking the new cover Legendaries being almost identical blue dogs, but with different weapons. It makes their connecting obvious. Also Zacian just holding a sword in its jaw is funnier than it should be in comparison to Zamazenta’s shield mane.
