Coach Nagy, you want me to throw to WHAT side of the field?

There is this thing popping up on various Lakers boards that even most of the nuttier places aren't taking very serious but it's basically 3,000 words of a guy claiming to work for AEG and explaining the vast conspiracy happening behind the scenes of the NBA. Like according to this the league forced the AD trade, and they were the ones who dictated the terms, because they want the Lakers to be in the second round for ratings reasons, but they don't actually want them to win a title, but the machinations of the masterful stadium owners may exceed the NBA's wishes as apparently aeg has an ownership stake in New Balance (I have no idea if this is true or not) and have specifically structured the New Balance deal to basically force Uncle Dennis and his agent to have no financial choice but try and push Kawhi to abandon his teammates who he loves [rick note: obviously written this way to make Kawhi seem like a good person even if he leaves Toronto] and go to LA, and probably the Lakers since they already have secured endorsements in other AEG subsidiaries and also Kawhi does not want to be considered a Microsoft guy which would happen if he was with the Clippers.

I didn't have the energy to read the whole thing but every part I skimmed into was like the wildest poo poo, whoever wrote it should be writing for a Japanese sports anime.

Its like QAnon for Lakers fans

Ironically the Suns could use some wing depth with Dragan, Warren, and maybe Jackson gone?

Last season was the Devin Booker point guard experiment, next season they'll give him a go at small forward.

Even if he's actually closer to that 36-39% range that's solid, and he did it on decent volume. He might not be much more than a no-defense microwave guy with tunnel vision but he's locked on a good deal for that role

TJ Warren has great touch on runners and floaters, and now he's a catch and shoot hero. He can rebound, he's good in transition, he's ideal as a scoring combo forward off the bench. You can pull him into the starting lineup if you can cover for him on defense

Tyler Johnson is just an okay 8th man

He's only good at scoring but assuming he keeps up his 3 point % then yeah, he's not bad. Perfect 6th man.

He gets hurt a lot though. Expect him to lose 10 games a year from concussions.

Hmmm reading up on him, that's an interesting fit for the Pacers if they plan on playing him at 4. The biggest issue with the starting offense was teams simply sticking their big man on Thad Young in order to guard Turner on the perimeter better, and just let Thad miss 3's all day. If Warren can keep some of his shot from last season, it could punish teams that try to do that and help out Myles a lot.
