got so paranoid that at about 3am last night I turned to drink to calm my brain down. so stupid 'cause now I have woken up I want more alcohol. It will take a while for these feelings to fade.  a new thing came into play in the telecoms industry on monday, where you are now able to apply for PUC codes via text or email to change to a new service provider, instead of having to call up and fend off a retention team for half an hour if you're on an old phone contract and you want to transfer to e.g. giffgaff or something, it's now something you can do in like 3 mins total work. highly recommend.

Soooo yeah got my heart broken properly like expected. Finished it today and got some closure so I feel relieved but still so abandoned and rejected. "You're my best friend. Sometimes my paranoia gets so bad late at night when I am trying to sleep that I feel a compulsion to drink. The drink really helps short term on the paranoia. I don't think the current anti-psychotic I am on works as well as the olanzapine did on anxiousness/paranoia. Perhaps it helped that the olanzapine made me drowsy so was rarely awake late at night. My next appointment with the dr is early next month so I will mention it to her. Went to the gardening place on monday and it went really well compared to how I felt it might go beforehand, am going back next monday. Unfortunately the paranoia I felt monday night/tuesday am was related to the ppl I met at the gardening place. I think I have worked through it in my mind and I don't feel paranoid about it anymore, will see if I feel the same next monday night I guess. Sorry to read you are going through a rough patch Solefald, but at least you can take a positive from it in that the beta-blockers seem to be working
