Does that mean there are exceptions for some cases, or if they are holding an office like MP should be held to the same standards? Its a very touchy subject for many people. It may surprise you that it's non-trivial to use a 'normal' DSLR/camera for FB Live/Twitter/whatever and the like unless you have one of those ones that's dedicated purely to livestreaming. It's like 1/10th the cost to throw a phone or tablet on a tripod and easier, to boot.
