i take a baby aspirin every day in case i have a stroke or afib again to avoid blood clots.

that is super cool, im gonna check this out! i wasnt active in sports when i was younger, so ive never had to roll out or massage muscles until a few years ago and its all still pretty foreign to me. thanks!
