In the 3rd expansion (in 2010) they updated almost all of the original zones, radically changing the landscape, most questlines, and several dungeons. Some of it was a big improvement and some of it is now itself quite dated.

No. Azeroth got a general rebuild in the Cataclysm expansion that changed a bunch of zones and all the dungeons due to a bigass dragon going on a global literally-earth-shaking rampage (and so they could add flying to the original zones). All the vanilla content is gone from the current version, outside of older players holding on to legacy gear and items.

I think with my last attempt, I made it to whatever max level is for the trial version (Level 10, I think) with a hunter orc, but I wasn't really enticed to get a subscription. I dunno. It's weird because I play something like Team Fortress 2, and I have fun playing support or just goofing off with emotes and stuff, and I think that I'd like playing an MMO where things are more slow-paced, you can get cool armor, and there's areas where you can just hang out and chat. Then again, I don't think it would actually die, since there's still a lot of of old MMOs that are still running. I watched the ProJared video just because I had time to kill and it's basically him giving a timeline of events and showing that the two Charlie's like to tell conflicting stories or get him to say stupid stuff so they can ram him as hard as possible. Also it seems like Jirard (The Completionist) and a few other YT content creators are following him again on twitter so iunno, I'm kind of burned out of this. I think even if it came out that Jared is 100% innocent SOMEHOW he's still hosed at this point so E: Also apparently Heidi was the first one to break the news of a divorce on Facebook or something and Jared's been trying to get a divorce since 2018 according to some legal documents? So what happened with Olly's Shakespeare stream? Somehow he didn't record the footage of the first nine plays, and then didn't even read another nine? I was looking forward to experiencing all of Shakespeare's plays through him and I guess I'll have to settle for this. What a bummer.

The best part is definitely the lead up; this is a guy who is not very fluent in english, to the point where he usually has a translator on hand when addressing an english audience (including this video) but he's still clearly able to pick up on enough of whats being said that he just starts breaking into laughter halfway though the interviewers question.

There is a lot of reason at this point to doubt every singe accusation against ProJared now. AFAIK the twitch VODs for the first day didn't take for technical reasons, I don't know if there was a local recording. The remainder are due to time and space constraints, Olly wayyy underestimated the time it would take with human concerns like sleep and had to vacate the studio he was using by Wednesday. That said, you've still got a hundred-plus hours of Olly and a rotating cast of cool guests performing the bard's greatest hits to watch. Also (post-Hamlet spoilers): if the speedrun adaptation ever becomes a thing, I'd love to see this pop up in some feudal heraldry.

We’ll never know the real story and to be honest, who cares infidelity happens everyday and it’s a case of he said/she said. The important stuff was the grooming and predator accusations which seem to have been untrue. Like I get why people don’t want to watch a 42 minute video, but he proves at least one of his accusers is unreliable and the other is lying beyond a doubt. Maybe give it a proper watch through and come to your own conclusions. I feel that’s better than just condemning someone without ever hearing the full story.

This has been such a weird statement of faith since Blizzard first announced that they were never going to make WoW Classic servers (lol). Unlicensed classic servers have been a thing since crackers first discovered how to get them to even barely kind-of work and have had a small but rabidly dedicated fanbase that migrated to the next server every time Blizzard and/or Admin Drama shut down the last one. There's definitely going to be a huge dropoff after the first week or so, and I wouldn't be surprised if it eventually condenses down to a single low-mid population server, but that's still a bunch of paying customers who explicitly don't want Blizzard to ever patch or update anything.
