the back pain in the morning was like i got kidney punches and the nausea was bad enough I took a day off to rest but it can vary def get it checked of course, even if its kidney stones theres ways to handle it and make sure it passes eventfully

my heart felt weird and I found out I have a (very minor) arrhythmia, and sometimes my heart beats twice. btw thanks Kaiser for not destroying me financially figuring this one out. also shouts out to the EKG on my Tim Apple watch which let me take a reading at my desk, and when I showed the PDF to the ER doc they went 'oh. Yep, you're not making this up' and let me skip the line.

I've been NPO'ed since like 10 last night and (while I'm sure I'm not objectively speaking dehydrated since they've been dumping in fluids like mad via IV) I'm so conditioned to a dry mouth being associated with said dehydration that I'm af. Brains is weird fings.
