if someone uses loads of seed oils in their cooking, and especially if they don’t have fishy foods, they might have a worse day to day existence, with more actual pain, especially as osteoarthritis is starting to rear its head.

it’s not difficult to just know a few things and generally try to make decisions in one direction more than another, to literally have less pain and a greater quality of life

Now I'm going to sing the Perry Mason theme

I will problably try progressive/mulitfocal lenses next time I get new glasses. I have to lift up my glasses and squint to look at insects now, or reading tiny print. But it's mostly the insect thing that bugs me.

i recently discovered that i'm apparently somewhat allergic to something in IPAs and even one will give me the worst hangover in which i am useless for a day
