The Pariah still the fastest bestest Sports car, or did they fix it during my hiatus? Because if it's cheaper, I'd get one I guess.

Yes, still fastest in the straights. However the Itali GTO can now edge out the Pariah with a skilled driver and lots of turns. There were changes recently to the advanced handling flags that really gave the Itali GTO a big boost in drivability.

Pariah is actually faster in a straight line than every single non-boosted car/supercar in the game... and it's in the Sports class. Here's Broughy's top speed list, after removing all airplanes and helicopters:

(Motorcycles are timed doing wheelies, and the Deathbike, Vigilante, ZR380, Oppressor, Scramjet and Imperator all have boosts and aren't able to be used in races)

Warehouse raid logic is a bit sketchy and differs for each thing. Generally I think once you have >60% you’re eligible for raids. Saw some guy with 5 large crate houses all at 110/111 saying as long as you’re not at 100% full you’re good

Just last night my bunker got raided at 3/5 bars of product

If you’re not actively in ceo or Mc then the timers don’t tick. So if you are holding a bunch and want to be sure not to get raided, don’t stay a ceo or Mc president and for sure resign if you’re going to sit AFK for time

word, thanks FBR. I'll keep it at 40% (2/5 bars) then, haven't been raided doing it that way. I use the conveniences of mc/ceo all the time these days, but when I was doing bigger sales I wouldn't sign in to either unless I was just about to sell. then after the sale, I would just lay on the interaction menu button so I could retire before the secretary/LJT had a chance to call and queue a raid :D

For special crate warehouses, the raid threshold is 2/3 or 74/111 crates. 73 won't get raided, 74 will.

Bunker and the Nightclub it's 40% with security upgrade, 20% without. Not sure about MC businesses but they're probably the same.

As always, if you're going afk even for a few minutes, drop out of your organization because nothing business-related will happen unless you're a President/CEO. You also dodge the bills this way.

true, if you're actually gonna build stock at the mc businesses. I just keep a couple bars of stock in mine for 2x bonus weeks like this, and with security they won't get raided at that level

if anyone is just getting mc businesses for the sake of building stock in the nightclub (coke, meth, cash) they can be the cheapestest most unupgradedest ones possible

fake edit: anyone know offhand how much you can have before you get raided? I'm probably erring on the side of caution at only 40%..

I would get raided at 0 stock/product. I kept them empty and only left them "running" for the Nightclub.

Same. I'd rather light myself on fire and eat glass than run crate missions.

Lately I can barely stomach the more tedious gunrunning deliveries as well. The afk nightclub life has spoiled me.

Theres a few raid scenarios that wait for you, like "go to the yellow dot and find the informant and kill the cops" are fine because it gives you time to get there and prepare. Something to break up the grind and I think you get some paltry RP out of it

Then there are the ones that are all "Hey you're poo poo is getting raided and people are there RIGHT loving NOW loading it into trucks" and it ticks away product every second that you spend trying to get a chopper or something fast to get there and deal with it.

In short, Los Santos is a land of contrasts

Of course the week MC stuff finally goes on sale I dumped all my money into the 100% rebated Zancudo hangar only to find out rebates are hosed up :negative:. So now I have an MC club with no upgrades that I was only grabbing for the Nightclub anyway, and a hangar that I have no real stake in because I'm terrible at flying. It's neat driving around Zancudo unimpeded, at least.

But now that I have it, which is a better thing to have active; MC president or Securoserv CEO? I don't know much about upkeep costs and all that.

It depends on buildings owned (and their upgrades)

CEO will take daily payments for your office and office staff, any crate warehouses, and your I/E garage

MC will take daily payments for your clubhouse, any MC businesses and upgrades.

Both will take daily payments for your Gunrunning bunker.

When you have everything, CEO is only about $15k/48 minutes whereas MC is upwards of $30k/48 minutes.

I typically am only MC President for as long as it takes to despawn my current car, call in my OppressorMkII, and then disband MC.

If you need to buy some discounted MC biz's for NC production this week and are on PC, add me on social club "TheChimi" and we'll do a 2-man heist sometime this weekend and I'll make sure you're paid well.

CEO you can spawn a buzzard 3 feet away from you, and ghost org is only a few clicks away
MC is good if you have the opressor or other bikes you can spawn those 2 feet away from you

If you're not actively doing work in either one though, youre usually better off to resign from both to save on the payments. You cant go passive while in either one

PS4 and my hours are sporadic, but thanks for the offer! I got a response on my R* support ticket and apparently the rebate should be hitting in the next three days so I should be able to buy the businesses under the wire.

After that I think the only NC business I'll be missing is the vehicle warehouse, and then my dreams of idling my way into gold-plated guns and flying supercars may eventually become a reality...

Ah, understood. Vehicle warehouse isn't on the list though so you might be good! In order from Most Nightclub Cash to Least Nightclub Cash, pick 5:

1 Cargo/Shipments (CEO - Any Size Crate Warehouse -or- Hangar needed)
2 Sporting Goods (Gun Running - Bunker needed)
3 South American Imports (Cocaine - MC Business)
4 Pharmaceuticals (Meth - MC Business)
5 Cash Creation (Counterfit Cash - MC Business)
6 Organic Produce (Weed - MC Business)
7 Printing and Copying (Document Forgeries - MC Business)

The worst is if you happen to be inside the Nightclub when it gets raided, you'll be kicked out of the club onto the street surrounded by cops and if you die, you lose it all. Never ever idle inside your club while you're a CEO.

Also, DEVESTE 8 is the podium car, be sure to win it because it's ugly but fast, and one of - if not the best - stunt track supers.

I got high af last night and went on a huge spending spree without reading up on anything I was buying beforehand, and now I've only got like 100k and a ton of garbage and only a handful of cool new toys. This isn't a complaint.

One thing I got was an Arena Workshop. It's... interesting.

Anyway, I'm needing more dumb GTA cash now and own the ability to do the vast majority of content, so if anyone wants to run some dumb heists or sell some dumb contraband, I'm Robo-Raptor on dumb ole PSN.

Edit: Apparently I threw several million toward buying vintage cars and upgrading them to be maxed out, hahaha. That part's coming back to me now, lol. Edit 2: And by vintage I mean, like, the Roosevelt and Roosevelt Valor and the... uh. The two-tone 40s one. The words Stratford and Hudson both come to mind so I'll call it the Studson cause I don't remember what it's called. Also a fourth one, maybe? I can't keep up with all these cars. Woe is me.

As expected, the Pounder custom is one of the biggest pieces of dog poo poo nonsense in the game. Covered in armor plating and full of cargo, yet it has lower weight, less inertia, and weaker ramming power than a bank truck. Its weight only becomes a factor when you're burning rubber trying to accelerate from a full stop. The Brickade trucks you get for special cargo sales are a hundred times better. Sluggish, not the greatest at maneuvering, but once they're at top speed they aren't magically brought to a dead stop when you T-bone a 2-door hatchback.
