And my recollection is that the main stuff the US wanted from was things like "how to culture and weaponize anthrax" rather than the actual medical results. Don't quote me on that, though.

Guess what's included in the invoice the contractor sends to the city? If you said "the cost of the traffic details" you'd be right. It's insanity.
