wow this is harder than i thought. never realised how much I rely on a flavoured drink to distract myself from my own existence. so often I feel that “pull” or energy toward getting a drink or whatever. this is only during the day, the beer tug will start happening soon too hopefully these die off

does mineral water or filtered water with a mineral filter count as only water? they can be less beige without being flavorful oh lol some googling to answer if its more encouraging to drink starts off being 'drink tap water' so i guess that sort of makes sense unless your water is overly softened and purified at the tap without minerals

you can literally use vitamin c aka ascorbic acid to neutralise chlorine in water. it’s legit, water treatment plants use it. If you don't like the taste of chlorine in water you can get a charcoal filter like a Brita or just put it in a pitcher and let it stand for a day.

end of day 5 : so far: have realised how often I want a flavoured drink as a comfort or a distraction sleep: well of course it's better money spent : much less short term at expense of long term decisions made : much much less gfs sleep has improved heaps, largely due to not needing caffeine heaps in morning. he doesnt drink anywhere as much alcohol as me but juice sometimes and decent few coffees in the mornign
