I just found out about the Manhood™ yesterday and it's already made my sex life more enjoyable. When I was cuddling with my wife afterwards I showed her the Manhood™ website and we had a big laugh about it together. Thanks, Manhood™!

Dick Dunce Cap is the best thing to happen to this thread since I started casually reading it. I have a circumcised wang of average proportions, it used to be MUCH more sensitive when I was like 18, now it's less sensitive (good and bad) but it does not feel nor look like a callous. For my enjoyment, keep posting about your DDC, but for your enjoyment, try to talk to a medical professional. My PCP is the father of someone that I was best friends with from like ages 4-18 and he has seen my dick, it's not that bad, go show a doctor your dick (not unsolicited) and maybe he can give you a way to fix it that isn't wrapping it in a silken robe like it's some fancy rear end dick. If he can't help? Go back to your DDC and tell us we're all jerks for making you go show a doctor your dick. MF_James fucked around with this message at 19:37 on Dec 3, 2019 |

so I'm probably making a huge mistake by telling the forums this, but I've been having dick problems lately. i don't have full-on ED, i can still get a boner, but a distressing amount of the time I'll just get this weird half chub that's the same size as my regular boner, but roughly the floppiness of a Slinky. my refractory period has also gone from "a few minutes" to "an hour plus." I'm 25. I strongly suspect this shouldn't be a problem, and the only shot in the dark I can take to why it is is that I'm a smoker. Will quitting smoking/cutting down my nicotine intake help, or am I gonna be looking at a Viagra script in the near future?

I'm not a clinician, but nicotine is a vasoconstricter, and erections depend on blood flow, so cutting out smoking could help. But ... you should definitely be talking to your doctor about this. They can at least rule out physiological issues.

Yup, def talk to a PCP about it. Anxiety is the There's also cock rings to help maintain an erection, and they're also just fuckin great. I just got another one that has another loop for my balls, too

LORD OF BOOTY posted:Will quitting smoking/cutting down my nicotine intake help, or am I gonna be looking at a Viagra script in the near future? While quitting smoking is always a good decision, in the short term try some l-citrulline supplement. It's a precursor in the urea cycle that leads to the production of nitric oxide, which functions as a vasodilator. Similar to l-arginine but has a much higher absorption rate in the digestive tract that leads to much higher bioavailability, in studies its been found that a half dose of citrulline results in blood arginine levels in excess of taking a full dose of arginine, and has been found to be an effective remedy for minor ED symptoms in clinical trials. Available OTC at places like GNC or Vitamin Shoppe, I'd try a small tub of it and if it works go online and buy in bulk. In my experience it makes erections easier to achieve and maintain in addition to being fuller and firmer. For me (in my mid-30s) it's like rolling the clock back 15 years. I've occasionally lurked in and out of this thread but feel like maybe this is a good place to ask a question. This is something I'm pretty uncomfortable discussing so go easy on me, but sort of expect to be ridiculed for this question: Does anybody have experience with an overwhelming sex drive? Over a year ago I stopped taking various medications and with that my sex drive returned with a vengeance. So much so that it occupies a lot of my daily thoughts and I'll get aroused at the drop of a hat. I'm even begin to feel like masturbation is causing me pain and damage. I can go a day or two without jacking it but it gets very overwhelming beyond that. I'm a very physically active person so I think that also drives it somewhat too. I really wish I could numb it down a notch. Is there anything practical yall could recommend to stop arousal? It's legit effecting my train of thought and frustrates me to no end.

Work masturbation (and/or sex if you're partnered) into your daily schedule and use more lube? More seriously, if you have persistent and unwanted arousal, talk to a doctor. A pelvic floor physiotherapist might also be able to help if there's a physiological component.

Is there any hard data on vaginal orgasms? My friend has been insecure about it lately because she's only ever been able to have clitoral orgasms. So I'm trying to find if there are any actual studies done to see if vaginal orgasms are even a real and separate thing.

Keep in mind that the g-spot/front vaginal wall/clitoris are largely the same neural mass so using something like a vibe or thumb on the clitoris and/or putting pressure on the front wall/playing with position and g spot stimulation can really help.

Your friend would be in good company, something like a third of women say clitoral stimulation is a requirement for them to orgasm. E: well maybe loads is the wrong word, but the answer to "are there real studies" the answer is definitively yes. PittTheElder fucked around with this message at 06:38 on May 6, 2020 |

Also you get better at it with practice, as you learn how to better stimulate that region get more familiarity/comfort with that particular cascade of events. Also stuff like tightness and relative muscularity in that area can help direct pressure where it’s needed, so anything that’s a core/thigh/upper legs/abdomen exercise (even stuff like running or cycling is really good) or more targeted poo poo like kegels can help.
