So is the DLC mostly plot and boss battles? I was hoping there would be a new environment to run around in. I haven't started remind yet, though.

Re:Mind very much strikes me as "The way that the Devs wanted to make KH3's ending but couldn't in vanilla for reasons" You do play through the ending sequence again but the fights are enhanced and you can play as non-Sora characters for them. These fights are also bookended with new bosses at the start and finish.

I’ve seen that ReMind apparently has multiple endings, what determines which one you get? Also, where do the playable Kairi and additional playable Riku and Aqua sections shown in the trailers pop up (also does Kari play any differently from the other three characters)?

I like that during the part in the Keyblade Graveyard segment of ReMind where you’re redoing the part where you fight all the Organization members in groups near the end of the main game they actually give you the option to play as other characters (including a brand new Finish command for Aqua). That said, it’s sort of a missed opportunity that they didn’t let you play as Mickey during the Marluxia/Larxene/Luxord section though. Also why did they use the scene where Roxas joins the fight twice (even if the second instance did have some extra stuff added to it)? Save your game, go to the title screen, and in the Load Game menu, press the square button when highlighting the save. This lets you load that save data in the main game. You can’t grind levels in Limitcut itself, but you aren’t locked into Limitcut.

So to sum up for everyone The story of ReMind is that Sora goes back in time and saves everyone even more than he already had, while also defeating Master Xehanort, and then goes on to gently caress around with Kairi after everything is said and done, going on a God Knows How Long good will date of making everyone's lives better and giving them all a happy ending until he finally, FINALLY fades from existence At which point Riku employs Sora to find information about Sora, so that they can find Sora, while Sora fights Yazora, who may or may not be Sora

In the bad ending, Sora gets frozen, or encased in a crystal. In the Fabula Novalis series, the l'cie who finished their missions would get frozen into a crystal as well. Since Verum Rex is based on Final Fantasy XIII Versus, maybe there's a connection there?
