Koga loses badly and brutally, we see his vision fade to black. End of Part One Part Two is him waking up a years later in a cyborg body and he now find out what happened to Kazuo in a dystopian cyberpunk future. I really have no idea where the hell this series will go after the recent revelations and i love that aspect right now.

I'm pulling on Raian to arrive cause I really want Raian to show up again, God please just make Raian return. EDIT: Though Akoya might be the one to show up since he's a cop and also really used to secretly killing people. Plus he's interested in Ryuki and he's well aware of (fake) Kengan Association members being killed.
