It looks like a budget title but I don't think there's a been a purely dirt racing game on consoles since WoO on xbox 360. The dirt racing in iracing looks good but I'm not about to pay for it so I will probably grab this.

Bull Run is a great big road course, The Pits used to organize (iirc) an endurance race there every year that included driver swaps and special skins to make the cars look like touring cars.
