I'm playing Blasphemous and everything feels like it has one stage of complexity/obfuscation more than is necessary. Everything has a stupid name because of the theme (which personally I find a bit... overblown and ridiculous?) but it makes it hard moment by moment to work out what I'm supposed to be doing with the various items and resources. The whole Guilt thing in particular is confusing.

I dunno, it's maybe not any worse than Dark Souls in that regard but it hasn't clicked yet.

There is now a rudimentary filtering searchbox on the smilies page. Thanks a ton to Main Paineframe for the code. It's not fancy enough to have tags or anything, it just filters by the smilie text and hovertext, but it's already cool. I can type "smith" and see all the smiths.
