Haven't drawn in ages because I've been getting side tracked with other poo poo. Really regretting that now. Tried to do some painting studies first, all of which only served to make me very upset. Not happy with this one either, just threw it together because I didn't want to end the night with absolutely nothing.

The only thing I've drawn these last few days is this map for d&d. It's not quite finished (I need the GM's blessing for the placement of a few more major roads), but I think it's turning out ok.  Tomorrow, back to the figure drawing!

Is it Figureuary? I think they call it Figureuary. Haven't posted in a while, been practicing at least 10 hours per week. The prompts made me realize I sucked at landscapes, so I thought I would double down on figures and anatomy, then do perspective and landscapes/interiors... After not making any concrete pieces for about two weeks I decided that I want to actually draw something fun and finish it regardless of how shoddy (read as: "unprepared because I haven't studied/practiced an aspect of it yet") the outcome, so this is what I've come up with:  Been toying with the idea of making a short comic about a cat that tricks kids into killing large birds for him Dark Souls-style.

My list of YouTube watercolour channels is growing but there's one I just found that may specifically appeal to you Keetron so I'm posting it here. His style reminded me of yours so I thought you might want to see it. He does longer videos and a lot of cityscapes. He talks a fair bit but I don't find his commentary annoying. Good to fall asleep to if nothing else. Probably helps that he's a well spoken English guy. I rather like how he incorporates mixed washes in his base work. Pft, you totally mark down where the elves are (here be elves/elven territory) and also what kinda elves they are (of the one million kinds of elf) and then you doodle elves being clouds and wind gods into the margins. Then you replace dwarves with Short Elves and Dragonborn with Dragonfucked Elves. I know how fantasy works, because I am a professional-quality fantasist, you see. Furthermore...

"I'll totally work the values on here later" edited to add: I wanted to make my own Penitentsona.  Blasphemous is a great action-platformer with a blood, pain, body-horror and religious guilt aesthetic that's really refreshing to see.
