sunos has a working compiler in default install?

i thought only the linker was there lol

and GCC 2.7.2 gets you an ANSI C compiler in a pretty short time on even the slowest SPARC

LightScribe discs and drives. drat, I really regret never getting the discs & trying this out although I already had a disc image designed; I used to have a LightScribe drive in my laptop. Probably impossible to find an external drive with that technology today... Yet another obscure but cool tech, lost to the sands of time..
