For the upcoming F1 Grand Prix in the Netherlands they pretty much rebuild the circuit of Zandvoort and made changes to the surroundings to support the massive audience for it. It can be reached by car, but “it is advisable to come to the F1 race by public transport on Sunday May 3rd 2020. Or at least travel the last part by bus or train.” A lot of potential schadenfreude incoming.
