lol @ all the Shampy stuff earlier & all of the over-sharing video game fetish stuff I could misread, but the person who posted a torrent link to the comic on the forums and made the fan-translation to that comic, for some reason, didn't get punished, at all, while the people discussing and defending it does, and the same for a bunch of people posting appreciations for the posts? It's the post that gets linked straight to here also, I'm pretty sure? That's really weird if true, but I'm not clicking the link to find out. The bans and permas do seem on-point to me btw, but I don't get why the person posting the comic in the first place didn't get a perma for pedo poo poo, too, if they sat down and translated it and posted it, and it is bad enough to get bans and permas for people defending it. I must be missing something obvious, or it seems like a weak purge if that stuff is pedo poo poo and the person posting it + people going "thanks man" aren't made to gently caress off.

The only people who ate a perma were the ones going "lol American prudes" and "the naked children are for plot reasons also this is normal in Japan" The "what about cherubs let's just cancel the Italian Renaissance" guy only got a prob because he was keeping the discussion going when everyone had been told to shut it down.
