they're not immutable red but their relative power to number of votes they need ratio is extremely favorable so all the dirty tricks like voter suppression, gerrymandering, ratfucking, etc. are more effective and affordable. the whole thing of politics right now is that there aren't even that many actual hardcore conservatives, they just have better resources and organization. the tea party thing worked so well because these pacs could threaten to spend a couple hundred grand in a house primary so if moderates didn't sign grover norquist's tax suicide pact and lick some pro life leader's balls they'd risk losing to some 35 yo liberty university alum

texas will flip blue before too long because there's too many people for this poo poo to work [I'm not getting into what the democrats will look like by the time that happens]

You could add some rodtronics branding to the packaging and charge 25 bucks a pop.

i have to get fully dressed, albeit not in my usual work clothes. jeans, t-shirt, flannel, shoes--everything--when working from home or i don't feel right. having a brokebrain is cool actually

I get dressed (jeans t shirt) else I'd feel like poo poo after a day or two, and I need everything I can get to keep focused.

Yeah, I'm showered and fully dressed by 6 am. If I don't my whole day is messed up and I feel like garbage.

I make sure to shower and put on not-pajamas. Usually that's normal work clothes, but sometimes it ends up gym shorts (or sweatpants)

i haven't put product in my hair in so long, though

I keep my usual schedule for the most part I'm just slacker dressing, which is only slightly below my regular work dress

I have kind of devolved into my gene seed for being a grad student though; getting into some groove and then just working at all hours and being a mess

its kind of refreshing

they made the weed stores in santa clara county medical-only, which is really stupid because everyone who had a rec let it expire because you don't need it anymore. (you used to have to pay a doctor $50 every year to renew.) so basically those dispensaries are just shut down, because santa clara county officials are anti-weed idiots. delivery services still going strong here in san mateo county, but i picked up an ounce just in case they decide to gently caress with that too
