It was 4 of each, but I forgot how tiny the apples would be once peeled and cored out, so the ratio was probably 2/3's rhubarb Was going for half and half

Just got back from Aldi and they were completely restocked today in everything. Pissed me off because I was unable to get anything for weeks and submitted my bake-off entry that I had to do with stuff in my cupboards V. angry.

I'm hopefully going to have some work again around the end of the month thanks to the completely understandable new government guidance that I should go to work unless I can't, in which case I can, and should, go but not on a bus unless the bus is wearing a mask or I'm on my bike on a bus unable to bike at home.
