3 nights at the Met in Philly. gently caress, I hope when they finally do go back on tour they do that again. I'd be tempted to hit all 3, they've skipped philly on at least the last 2 tours, if not the last 3.

They're listed as IEM Feeds on ninlive.com - not 100% sure if that's true (most monitor feeds sound horrible unless you really like one instrument) but they're definitely a direct feed from somewhere.

All three New Orleans gigs have the recordings and are under this tour on ninlive.com - https://ninlive.com/archives/2018.html

I keep telling myself that I'm not going to get any more NIN ambient stuff, but here I am spending $96 to get all three volumes shipped to me.

Out of every single show I wanted to see this year that wasn't coming to my hometown (Deftones/Gojira and Faith No More/Korn) it's kind of bittersweet to see that NiN actually had a show here.

the watchmen soundtrack is hardly ambient for the most part, it's the closest the soundtracks have come to being instrumental NIN (though they still really aren't)

Fuckin hell Sin back in the setlist (this has been my favourite NIN song forever but as a young, UK based NIN fan I've only seen them post-2009 in the UK so never seen this live. I actually had plans with a friend of mine that we would travel to the US to see a "real" NIN show with all the lights etc. Thanks COVID.

Watching those live videos really emphasizes how much NIN needs to release a 4K HDR concert film. I love Beside You In Time but it's starting to look a little fuzzy on modern TVs now :classiclol:

This just reminds me of the time in college when I got to see BYIT in a private theater in the audio production department, with a sound system with comparable power to Navy Pier’s IMAX theater. It was a hell of an experience (and is also how I learned that the film doesn’t have all that great of a mix job in the audio department, something the audio majors in the room had a good laugh about).
