I’m noticing the Mega Man title logo is the new one from Mega Man 9 onward, which I don’t think existed in the 90s, and there’s a couple of pages with comments in the margins that read like whoever wrote them can’t believe some of the poo poo they’re reading. Maybe that’s just the English translation?

I didn't do the actual translation, but I did do the bubbles and attempt to make the translation sound slightly more naturally English. Sorry. This was the first thing we ever did. It’s most notorious for the fact that Roll gets naked ALL THE loving TIME in the thing. The art is constantly changing. Also it just kind of ends at issue 16 after some dude pulls a chick’s heart out of her chest. We’ve released the entire comic now, but we plan to do some improved releases down the line, now that we kinda know what we’re doing. This page has english summaries and random frames (as well as alternate scans. the ones posted here are a bit better). The page referenced is the one where I got the scans from a million years ago. Small world.

That blackman thing is... insane. Like, I don't think the picture is doctored, but I'm pretty sure Kamen Rider Black was cast here with the original name, and Kamen Rider Black RX also kept the same title. That happened with most shows. The main exception was Saint Seiya because I think if they didn't air the last episode of the sanctuary arc, people here would actually riot. It cannot be overstated how much Brazilians like Saint Seiya.
