hi BYOB, its me your current IK Stoner Sloth! i love you! and in the spirit of that, and the certain knowledge that BYOB has so many creative folk, i'm starting a competition/chance to get prizes/fun thing hopefully to do! the rules are pretty simple: 1. Make a thread in which you create something and show us the process as much as you can from start to finish 2. This can be making a food, a music, a diorama, an art of any kind - anything creative really. heck i'll totally accept a serious post giving detailed information about a subject that most folks don't know much about for those who aren't classically artistically gifted! 3. Post a link your to your thread in here. 4. Towards the end of the month FABULOUS prizes will be awarded! also we'll open up voting to see whomsts thrad the 'YOB votes as especially deserving of extra special prizes!! 5. We all win! i'm opening this up now to give extra time to those who are still busy but want to join in and to give distraction to those unable to go through their normal routine. also if you have any idea of prizes you'd especially like to see or ideas for things like gang tags then feel free to PM me with them or with questions about the competition. hope you all have fun with this and remember to stay safe out their my fellow orbs and posting pals!!! e: this will be open to anyone who wants to join in, you don't have to be a BYOB regular so lurkers and visitors from other parts of these here forums feel free to take part! |

I am on vacation from Wednesday and have nowhere to go so I have plenty of time to get creative. I was going to bake a bread anyway, so I'll do that! Maybe more than one! We already have a fine dining effortpost thread but maybe we need a bread thread? |

This post is a placeholder for the thread that I will now contractually obligate myself, to myself to complete. My entry isn't a creation, rather- a destruction, of something else. This is a concept I've had for quite some time, but- because of this very thread- I will now have no choice BUT(T) to complete. Rather than say what it is, I WILL say that the final components should arrive soon, and when they do I will put the final pieces together on my creation of destruction, so that it may destroy things in the manner I intend. been looking through all the posted threads - really enjoying the concepts and the work that has been done so far on all of them! you orbs are amazing and talented, there's still plenty of time for anyone else who wants to join in or for OPs to add to their existing threads - i'll have an update here towards the end of the month where people can start to vote for whose thread the like the best! in my book though anyone who joins in is a winner and we'll be working out some prizes for everyone in the next couple of weeks!!
