Made some sweet potato dinner rolls, they got a bit munted up in the drive to the Mrs place but on the plus side the heated seats in the VW were great for shaped proofing lmao They're v good This is the recipe but I directly substituted sweet potato for regular potato. I actually find the flavour a bit more nuanced and less sweet than the potato ones

They look like they rose well before they went into the oven. I’ve only ever done rolls as separate items rather than the clump you get at the shops though.

Surf at Cronulla was pretty fuckin wild today. Saw some absolute mad rooters riding the surf getting towed in/out by jet skis. picked up some Bubblegum OG and holy poo poo, you'd swear someone is just double dumped some tropical hubba bubba in my flat. It's amazing. And after 12 months of trying to find a mushy dealer I Gave up and just went for a walk in the mountains to find some.
