So I was finally cleaning my dumping ground of a spare room. With all the free time I have and came across an unopened bottle of Buck Fizz. I've no idea how I have it, nor why it is in here. Anybody else find some out dated and purchase unexplained food/drink while cleaning up?

Snowy posted:I found some tea that expired in 2007. Does tea ever go bad? Yup, it loses all the flavour within a year or two. Unless you happen to have Pu-er tea, that only ages like wine.

Gonna confirm this firsthand from an experience I had in 2004, when my mother thought she'd be giving us a real treat with rose tea her parents had brought back from Pennsylvania. My grandpa died in 1983. They hadn't been to Pennsylvania since the late '70s. The tea was bad, goons.

I recently found that my mother managed to hold on to her tin of Queen's Jubilee special tea. Ahem. Her silver jubilee. So... Yeah. Amazingly it does not seem that uncommon to still have your 1970s tea if the queen is involved, but I really wanted it to be worth something
