Little back story: My given name is a variant of Katharina. My mom used to sing this to me all the time (the inside joke being that I've always been skinny as a rail, and it's a song about a fat woman). I was just perusing my mom's cookbook that got handed down to me when she died a few years ago, and when I stumbled on a recipe that called for farina, this song popped into my head. So I just went hunting and found this on Youtube. I've never actually heard the original, just my mom's off-key singing. And this video has a cute dog, cute cat, and a nice-sounding narrator, so hopefully it should bless people of all tastes. I've never had an issue with smirnoff. It does what I need it to do (make mixed drinks) for a very reasonable price.

We did a blind taste test at work to see if a Brita really made cheap booze better and everyone agreed the cheapest poo poo vodka was as good as fairly fancy stuff once it had been filtered a few times. Unfiltered it was pretty easy to tell the difference.
