I'm in the middle of a massive cleaning and reorganizing project, and finally got together all the lego catalogs I've gotten over the years that were in scattered boxes in the closet. it's a lot, a good six inch thick stack of them, from now back to 1995, maybe a few older ones.   interesting to see prices of stuff from back then, how they showed them off in the catalogs, etc.

Tossed together a hot rod rocket. Can't find my leather cap or leather jacket pieces, so the minifig isn't... thematic. Which I'm fine with, really. *panic* I wanted it to look sort of like it was in the design family of a 1920s roadster or something, but with rockets instead of wheels.
