Good dogs were built for bandannas. Ok here's a really bad picture of some duckies I saw in the neighborhood today. They went right up to the neighbors door for long enough that they neighbors came out but then they kept walking around the house. Their beaks were bright orange, so pretty.

Have a look at the little guy I met last night.  Thought it was a large rat at first as it was about that size but as I got closer realised it was a ringtail possum. It was trying to cross a fairly busy road so I shadowed it stopping a couple of cars so it didn't get splattered. After crossing it stopped long enough for me to get the pic. Ringtails aren't common around here so it was nice to see. Brushtails are everywhere so there is no shortage of the screaming kind.
