The only fault with it is the tiny doors. I assume that was done for a reason.

Looks like they had to make the roof taller for roll cage and helmet clearance, while dropping the body down, so the doors aren’t any smaller, just weirdly proportioned as the extended the lines of the windshield and back glass up.

New Binky. Goddamn, after working on a project for close to seven years, how many of us would take time to fabricate multiple brackets to hold the metal loom for the wiring? I'd be losing my mind just wanting to take the thing for a drive.

Right, I get the satisfaction of a job well done, but they've been stellar on all the other aspects of the project, and if it were me I'd be getting real impatient about my project. It's yet another facet of this project in which I can't approach what they've done.

All rad. The thing that stuck out though is the bike and not because it's a bike. The saddle design on it is ancient, I was riding one of those in the 90s. Quite how he still has one is beyond me!

And the bike seat is probably one they found comfortable on the first bike they rode and carried it forward every time they upgraded

I still listen to archived Car Talk episodes. Are there any similar/good podcasts out there to binge? I'm not a huge fan of the talk-radio 3 hour long meandering podcsts.

The "flare-o-flame" is functionally equivalent to one of these:
