I'm gonna go against the grain jose and say DON'T run if you have pain that is more than generic stiffness/muscle ache. Running through pain is what turns minor niggles into persistent issues. Coincidentally I'm not running today either, first rest* day in a couple weeks but I've got a persistent groin strain and just general muscle fatigue and i need a gentle day *well...still doing an 8 mile round trip to get into my workspace and back, but walking doesn't count, right?

Goons collectively gave him the benefit of the doubt twice before despite a bunch of evidence (assisted by mods/admins banning people posting cop reports etc). I don't think it's unreasonable to come to the conclusion on the third loop through that he's probably a oval office. We're not a court (though he'll be in front of one of those soon), we don't need incontrovertible proof.

None of us are actually going to stick Lowtax in a jail cell for several years: we just want to stop giving him free money and not hang out with him. The thing of it is with that lowtax thing is because I feel guilty Deep down I know I am capable of that n it make my unhappy. It like is when a friend of mine split with her partner because he was being abusive. I knew him, I knew steve, he seemed 'ok' steve was not mhat I thought an abusive partner would be like. in my mind, I had thought an abuser would be a skin-head. He would tailgate you at 90mph in the outside lane of the motorway in a loving transit van.. This was not the person I knew.
