you just don't have the mod gene. i don't either. somehow I became mod of /r/rock on reddit. I don't think I even have a good grasp of what even constitutes rock from other sorts of loud guitars music. occasionally somebody will message me asking to be a mod because they could really "do something" about the place and i mod them and they usually give up after a day too
