the first few seasons were cute but the last season or two were dumb wish fulfillment. the show abandoned its premise when it decided "doing good for your local community" was no longer an end unto itself.

Each episode they look at a chronological episode of the show and they dive into how awful it is and how the show ruined politics since a ton of Obama people were heavily influenced by the West Wing. Even now you have soulless lizards like Pete Buttigieg who admitted to attending west wing viewing parties in college. It's a really good podcast and every once in a while Dave explodes in rage against the Dems, especially Nancy Pelosi.
