almost certain she isn't winning there; I think that like with the trios title match this could be them wanting to just run through the remaining legacy angles from the winter before moving forwards. Her winning just because of Hana would be lame as well: if she does win in the future it should be a story around her, not just because a friend died.

I don't think Kyona is winning either. This is really just a holdover match from February that has added meaning due to recent events. This is a match that would have normally happened already, not something set in unbreakable stone that cannot be deviated from like another company. My guess is she loses. Most charitably, they draw. If she is going to win the red belt, it'll only be after she's established as a contender and not a pity story. Mayu also has a lot of potential matchups left. My theory is that the plan, if there was one, was for Giulia to take the white belt and eventually Arisa would win the red belt. I think Giulia is still going to get the white belt, but the red belt is now completely up in the air. Maybe just keep it on Mayu for eternity. It would be a pretty obvious story to have her come up short and have someone point out that she's not 100% there emotionally yet. That'd give her a longer run back up to when she actually does win it.

She seems to have one great match a year at this point and I don't see why that would change. Last year it was the Sareee matches which never made tape but which everyone who was there talks up to insane levels; the year before was the Hikaru Shida match which was one of the best matches of 2018 and you can go on from there. She's not 90s Aja Kong still but she can still go.
