We also have deviled ham which is basically ham spread mixed with dry mustard and pressed into a can. Sounds gross but can be tasty on some ritz crackers. I can definitely say I’ve never seen canned roast beef though.

salt beef is a different product. lasts for months at room temp uncanned but needs to be soaked in water before eating

I got that Yellowbird Serrano at Festival Foods (I think) and that is my new favorite hot sauce. I've been quite un-energetic lately and eating fast food a lot and I was going to go to McDonald's but I forced myself to eat some of the tons of food I have at home. I made a cajun turkey sandwich with a Gala apple and apple cinnamon yogurt.  Simple but relatively healthy.

Yellowbird Serrano is very underrated and I feel like it's a solid balance verde sauce that goes with mostly everything. I love it.
