Leftover rear end is a dish best served...not really reheated in the microwave, but where one part of the rear end is sorta room temperature and one part is really hot but also extremely wet and soft and all you can think of is that the whole rear end would have been best left cold.

I just finished up some (peanut sauce marinated) mock duck tacos, an apple, and a tangerine. The mock duck/veggie taco filling was from a batch I made a couple weeks ago....I hope I didn't give myself food poisoning.

taco truck tacos asada, pastor both with the normal cilantro/onions and also very good green sauce. it's basically that sauce you get at peruvian places. which makes sense because this is a taco truck with peruvian characteristics. i think the sauce is called aji verde. they called it something stupid like crack sauce though was pretty good. mostly just made me miss the one peruvian place by me. went under a few years back and turned into yet another dumb loving coffee place. im fiending for that pollo saltado
