Anybody catch the newest Finnegan's garage video? We love watching it in my household, but his most recent video has very prominently featured music from the band 'Testarossa,' specifically a song with lyrics about how social distancing and surgical masks are for pussies and the very sight of someone wearing a mask pisses the band off, and that they won't let themselves be infected by that Bill Gates virus. Over the course of about 30 seconds worth of that song I lost any will to watch Finnegan's shows. Just couldn't believe it. Of course every single comment is like 'I love the soundtrack!' So if that's your thing, go for it. But holy poo poo I am so done with anyone openly spreading that kind of a message right now. Really sad, can't imagine what someone from another country would think when they hear that soundtrack.

I had to check. Is there actually a market for this kind of middle of the road buttrock? Ignoring the lyrical content it's pretty rear end, the kind of thing you'd expect a bunch of teens to play at a school talent show. I watched their official channel's lyric video and of course there's a huge capital Q in the middle of a line towards the end. True believers or grifting?

A channel I like is Swedish car channel Motornörd (motor nerd), which I basically a guy visiting varoious Swedish car enthusiasts who showcase their custom builds, restorations and oddball curio cars. It's pretty low key and chill and it features everything from pristine classic cars through weird soviet terrain trucks to insane hot rods. It's in Swedish, but the guys behind the channel has taken the time to add English subtitles to a bunch of them.
