just get a clever dripper, good coffee, and a decent grinder instead of doing those bags https://prima-coffee.com/equipment/abid/clever dripper: $30, probably the best immersion brew method for normal volumes of coffee (though i already have an aeropress i brew inverted so i don't care) https://www.porlexgrinders.com/products/porlex-tall-grinder?variant=17907168084025 porlex ceramic burr grinder: $80 but will last you forever buy the filters that will work best for your coffee (i.e. experiment with v60 and chemex filters for different varieties and washes of coffee) and then buy your coffee, must be a good single-origin natural wash (or maybe honey process) anyway i wish i had more coffee right now

made some moka pot americano (50/50) with older coffee that was starting to be stale. Always sorta amazed how a moka pot can make subpar grains acceptable (though for fresh stuff it doesn't come close to the french press to get the most out of it). Starting to be jittery now though because this brew is strong.

made a presser of espresso beans. they were meant for a cold brew but now i just like they normal too. sharp flavor in a nice way when i went for beans i bought about 5 lbs. and i recommend the same. you should definitely practice self care, french canadian
