I've lost 15 lbs since March, we're not really eating takeout at all. Maybe once a month. Mostly cooking vegan at home, meat is not a regular part of our shopping anymore. I haven't bought beef at all since February. I think we have some chicken in the freezer. Really the only meat we're getting is if it's incidentally in a prepared product I buy, like I snapped up some frozen ramen bowls at Costco for shits. Drinking a lot less too but mostly because I was put on a statin and they're hard on your liver. This quarantine has actually been pretty good for my wife and I, we're happy spending time together and it's reaffirmed that we're the right people for each other. I'm okay with another year or two of this to be honest.

I remember one November when I still biked to work I had to walk up the last hill because I just kept pedalling in place. I know I'm an idiot and should've had studded tyres.
