I'm legit checking out for awhile unless Nicole wins POV (or even better Janelle wins POV and saves Nicole so she can accept that some people actually like her). At this stage it seems like Kevin's just running around the house telling everyone how Kaysar and Janelle orchestrated all of this and he saw them laughing about it and how they're complete pieces of poo poo while Dani, Cody, etc eat it up. Like Day's going to Dani and saying "Janelle is pretending she wants to get Nicole F out" and Dani's all "Nicole loves her! I had no idea!" Its one half clueless and one half shameless. Its really weird seeing Dani say "Janelle has no emotions, she's horrible" after watching Janelle actually get emotional about the idea of Dani lying to her. I never expected this season to end up with like Janelle as the sympathetic underdog who was being buried by a real life friend.

Janelle and Kaysar basically have no one, right? Nicole A looks too traumatized to truly accept that she is wanted by them despite Janelle staring directly into her eyes and saying, "we're on the same side, I am working you, here is information" multiple times. Is it now a waiting game for all the crossover alliances to eventually interfere with each other and fracture off to land elsewhere? Will anyone work with Jaysar?

Nicole goes back and forth. But it’s basically pointless at this stage because unless she wins POV or one of them wins POV and takes her off she’s going home. Ironically because everyone’s scared shitless if Janelle and recognize that taking out Nicole is the next best thing to hurt her. It’s all very stupid when you think about including that the one thing that might convince Nicole is if she gets their votes in a 10-2 eviction. No one wants to work with Janelle. No one. They’re all either completely terrified of her, holding petty grudges, or want to dethrone “the queen” (exactly what Dani said her goal was this season in pregame interviews). Or they’re just Kevin and Day and have no idea what’s happening but are convinced they do and are getting completely played. Christmas wants to work with Kaysar, but she wants to get Janelle and Nicole out so Kaysar has no one else. Memphis wants to use Kaysar. Beyond that I don’t see anyone working with him unless he has power. And now people like Day and Kevin are trashing him and assigning bullshit to him so his house position is worsening. Only way Janelle and Kaysar make jury is if they win stuff and/or someone else self destructs. Memphis won’t be enough. There’s a decent chance those three are the next three out after Nicole. I really, really dislike Kevin. edit: For the sake of content and updates. - Janelle spent 3 hours trying to convince Memphis to work with Nicole A and backdoor Nicole F. Memphis repeatedly rejected this but constantly mentioned how angry he was Christmas ruined his chance to backdoor Ian and more that Nicole F saved him from picking a Have Not. - Kevin has spent the same 3 hours relentlessly telling Nicole A she was a fool to trust Janelle and that Janelle's a "predator" and a "bitch" and "gross" and she's masterminded all of this and Nicole invites people to bully her and take advantage of her and just generally making Nicole feel like complete poo poo while also making Janelle out to be the devil. - Dani's taken huge advantage of this and pushed what an emotionless beast Janelle is and how they need to get her out next. - Memphis told Cody that Janelle and Kaysar were onto Cody's core and were trying to split the house and they laughed at what a fool Janelle is and awesome they are bro bro bro. Cody's super choked up about the way Memphis treated David and Nicole A. Oh wait, no he's not. That's just bullshit he told them. He doesn't care, bro. Cody's now making a HARD press to the whole house to get Kaysar backdoored. He's freaked out because Memphis told him Kaysar and Janelle know about his Core Four. Cody told Dani if they get HOH one of them is going home no matter what so he wants one of them out now if the POV is in play. The perfect end to this week would probably be Janelle winning POV, pulling Nicole off, Kaysar getting backdoored, and then Kevin convincing Nicole that it was all Janelle's plan. Tyler joining in on the shitheel game by telling David that Janelle has betrayed Nicole A and is "throwing her to the wolves". Earlier today Tyler seemed to get real upset at the way Memphis treated David and Ovi revealed on twitter that the two of them have a pre-game alliance and everyone praised Tyler. So Tyler up to his usual game of manipulating personal relationships. But I guess that's the beauty of the Tyler, Cody, Nicole F, and Dani alliance. Yeah, I'm think I'm done rooting for him now. I really hope there's a backdoor because I'm not ready to see either David or Nicola leave just yet. Nicole F backdoor is preferable but if it ends up being Kaysar then I guess that'll work. EDIT: gently caress that; get Kevin out! Nicole A just finished a talk with Memphis and they sorted some stuff out, basically he's saying let's just wait to see what happens with POV and if it doesn't get used or she's still up on the block he doesn't think anyone is gunning for her... which isn't true Nicole F clearly hates and wants Nicole A out buuuuut she screwed over Memphis so maybe that's his motivation against targeting Nicole A. Ian, Franzel, and Tyler playing POV. I'd say that's a bad draw but really, the best case scenario here was Janelle/Kaysar using POV on Nicole and the other going up. So the only "good way" for this week to go is for Kevin to go up and somehow get voted out. Which seems very unlikely to me. To answer questions, no I don't think Ian would use POV on Nicole A. Nicole's tried to talk game with him and in her words "he runs away." He also seems very much under the thumb of Franzel who wants Nicole A gone BAD. I could see Franzel convincing Ian to take David down as a show of trust and loyalty to get in with the group though. Tyler will absolutely use it on David and Franzel probably will to to try and get Janelle backdoored. Its pretty much a lock for a Janelle/Kaysar backdoor IF Memphis is willing to do it. Its nearly 100 in LA so POV is probably gonna be late again.

Kevin goes if Nicole wins POV and Memphis doesn't want to make a move so puts Kevin up. Then Kevin might go home 12-0 unless Cody's crew overthink it. But Cody and Co would spend 2 days DRILLING for Memphis to backdoor one of Janelle/Kaysar. That's probably the best case scenario because like maybe Memphis will get pissed off or something and do something crazy. If its Nicole/Kevin its a 10-2 vote Nicole goes home. Maybe 9-3 if Bay gets on board. Maybe 4 if Day does. But Cody and Co really want Nicole out because Janelle likes her and nice people make mean people viscerally uncomfortable.

If Nicole stays on the block... Honestly maybe it's for the best that she goes home. She really doesn't seem interested in working with Janelle and Kaysar based on the various chances they've given her, and if she's going to stick to Kevin she's just going to get played. I like her, she's great, but in terms of the game I just don't see it working out unless she has a change of heart. Listening to this conversation with Cody, Tyler and David about the movie "Just Go With It". Why am I not surprised Cody is an Adam Sandler fan? Got a chuckle out of Cody slowing down his description of Sandler's character as he starts to realize how lovely that character actually is. Ok, random but potentially important note. Late last night Dani approached Janelle about forming a 6 person alliance with Kaysar, Franzel, Tyler, and Cody. Since then Janelle has told Kaysar, Bayleigh, and Memphis about this as evidence that the Four really do exist and are trying to play everyone. It remains to be seen what Memphis or Bayleigh do with this. They could get suspicious of the Four or they could assume this is Janelle lying as Kevin and Day have tried so hard to tell the house she’s been doing nonstop.

She seems convinced she can manipulate everyone in the house and convince them all she’s not even playing, and its been working for awhile. Nicole A’s telling everyone in the house the stuff Janelle and Kaysar have told her including trying to get Nicole F backdoor. Despite this Janelle and Kaysar are still trying to save Nicole. They figure they have a shot if they can get Franzel on the block after POV. But they pretty much know they’re hosed. They more or less are resigned to the fact that Memphis isn't REALLY their ally in any meaningful way but they still don’t seem to be able to grasp the possibility that Memphis is just working with Cody’s crew. Its now nearly 11 PM BBT (and 2 AM for me) and still no POV. My guess is this is less of a design and more of a result of smaller production crews. But who knows? Maybe its like that late night electric chair one from the first All Stars? Either way its way past Memphis' bedtime. Ian's punishment for getting the +1 in the Safety comp is that he has to act out scenes from a space opera called "BB All Star Wars". Some of the scenes require a second actor and as with all these punishments everyone's all cheers and participation at the start and then get over it real quick. Maybe tomorrow I'll try and find all the clips and give you guys links, but I'm tired now and generally sick of this cast.

Memphis won POV. All indications are he has no interest in using it. Cody has been pushing to backdoor Janelle. Janelle has been pushing to backdoor Franzel. He’s consistently said to both it’s too early for a backdoor. Presumably he just wants to keep playing the middle so he’s probably not gonna use it and pick a side. So barring something like David/Nicole A selling him on a deal or someone selling him on getting rid of Kevin that’s probably that. And Nicole is pretty much screwed. They’d have to flip Christmas, Day, and Bay and they’d all be going against the rest. Probably not happening unless the whole house explodes. Kevin assures her she’s 99% safe.

I hope Nicole goes. I like her as a person but she’s a terrible player with universally awful reads and David has a much better chance of at least trying to make a move. Nicole is the physical embodiment of analysis paralysis.
