All of the Alamo Drafthouses are terrible. This is about the one in KC specifically but it touched on the gross corporate culture as well. Lots of employees who were mistreated, sexually harassed, and worse. The part that really dropped my jaw was the paragraph about the guy who was late to work, the police came looking for him and later he got arrested for raping a coworker’s significant other, and not only did they let him keep working there but they’d schedule him for night shifts with female coworkers who were well aware of who he was and management wouldn’t reschedule the women even when they told them they didn’t feel safe working with him.
