Finally got enough wins to display rank, Silver I unsurprisingly. Hop into a MM lobby tonight, and my team, while friendly, decide to do sawed off rushes every round. we get decimated. In an effort to shake things off, I join another lobby. Look at my teammates and all of them have names that are 100% Chinese characters. None of them touch the mic the entire match, don’t respond to any of my call outs, and pull repeated bizarre moves such as sitting on chair with bomb for a full 30 seconds to save (a MAC-10). “This is fun” I tell myself, unconvincingly. “I am enjoying this.”

It's a shame demos can't capture just how sluggish and weird the game feels when you cross that 100+ ping treshold. Though honestly the compensation is pretty good in csgo compared to what it is in a lot of other games/what it used to be. Slumpy posted:im retired from csgo i only play flight simulators now
