Ronnie is actually a Demi-Magical creature. His father is, literally, Santa Clause, who in this reality is an alcoholic deadbeat. His "powers" manifest in that any article of clothing that touches his rotund frame, is instantly transformed into a Hawaiian shirt. Ronnie can also, unconsciously, form intelligent constructs. Mostly seen as "M", but a few others have popped up over time.

Many American plugs are child safe now, at least. The NEMA 5-15 may not be a well designed outlet, and certainly it should have the ground plug mounted upwards, but besides all that, it looks like a cute little human face! And who wouldn't love that?
