Yeah, if I really wanna watch something in October and it doesn't "count" I just watch it, review it, and don't add it to the number total.

I just watched and adored A Ghost Story. I don't know if it's exactly horror, but it's melancholy, autumnal, and I think at least fits with the spirit of spookadoodle.

I saw a VR porn once featuring Freddy and a chick in the grossest, dingiest rusty looking abandoned building location ever. It looked like 'Freddy Fucks in Silent Hill' or 'Freddy Gets Laid in The Zone from Stalker'. It was scarier than any NOES film.

Is there a predetermined list for Spooktober this year or do we pick 31 movies ourselves?

You get to pick the movies. They only have to meet the previously posted criteria https://forums.somethingawful.com/showthread.php?threadid=3876886&userid=0&perpage=40&pagenumber=927#post508281212

You should end with Halloween and the middle movie should be a comedy. The Burbs is a good choice since you just moved to the suburbs.

I never shut up about The Burbs and own a sweet The Burbs pentagram tshirt so my friends might see that coming. Someone suggested Hereditary but I know some people attending won’t have the stomach for it. But then another part of me wants to show Texas Chainsaw Massacre 2 or NOES 3: The Dream Warriors or some other goofy rear end movie.
