One of my favorites - sourdough bread with guacamole and brie on top with seasonings. Bake to toast the bread and melt the cheese. Delicious.

I'm not a fan of super hot wings anymore. Too much pain takes away from the flavor. I mean, depending on the wing place's sauce. Some people can pull it off but mostly it's just more hot to make it hot without regard to how it tastes. I go with whatever weird thing they have like this new place that's around here. Mr. Wings. Some of the best wings I've had in my life. They have a sauce called the Gold Digger. It's mustard based and just amazing. Otherwise standard buffalo hot is always good. With bleu cheese of course. Garlic parm is decent sometimes. So many different possibilities!

With regards to heat my brain is broken. I ate raw birds eye chili peppers in thailand and just looked at my thai friends right in the eyes as they expected this farang to crack.

Buffalo sauce is good. Just regular hot sauce with butter to thicken it. Anyway, I had leftover mushroom soup and crackers. And a couple of ginger snaps.

I prefer drummettes to the wings but it seems like places don't offer them any more. I dunno if it's a cost thing, or others don't like them, or what but if I could get just those, I'll take 'em. I also like 'spicy asian' or whatever the equivalent is as a sauce. It's never ACTUALLY spicy, I just dig it.
